Chocolate Avocado Pudding
A lovely pudding brimming with healthy fats

- 3 avocados
- 1 banana
- 50ml honey
- 3 tbsp raw cocoa powder
- Add the avocado and banana to a blender, pulse into a smooth paste, and then stir in the honey and cocoa powder.
- Spoon the mixture into bowls or serving glasses and leave to set in the fridge for 1-2 hours before serving.
- NOTE: You can also freeze this recipe for 45-60 minutes to make a delicious and creamy ice cream.
